What is the CMD prompt for getting onto the settings menu of firewall?

my computer is a home school computer and therefor i am unable to go onto the firewall settings. it will not show me any options to actually get into the settings. does anybody know what i must type in CMD to go to the settings menu of windows firewall? or to just change the options on the command prompt itself?
