Microsoft outlook 2010?

Could you add a picture for how it shows up in your contacts list? Then maybe I could reconize your problem. I will come back and edit this if you do put a picture. I went to my local geek squad and show them this, and they say you will have to delete each one and remove it. I had to do this because I couldn't figure the problem out. Sometimes I know more than them. I will try to figure it out. When you go to Outlook does it ask you for a user name and password. If it does, reinstall microsoft outlook. If you don't know how just put in the description.
