Borderlands DLC Code Entry Page Does Not Appear.?

I purchased the Borderlands Game of the Year addition off of Steam. I attempted to open the page that appears after trying to enter the DLC area, but it will not appear. Therefor, I cannot enter my code. Can someone please help me?
