Any lawyers that sue for copyright infringment?

Heres the deal, my father recently passed away. Before he died he was getting ready to sue for people using music he had copyritten. Well he passed away and I am the only child so therefor everything goes to me. He didn't have much money to sue so I think he found a lawyer that would do it and get paid when they won the suit. I personally have all of the copyrights in my possesion. But do not have a lot of money either. The people that stole his music, use it on a c.d. that is being produced by P.Diddy. If thats even his name anymore. Lol anyways, just wondering if anyone knew anything about any lawyers that possibly take on this case and help me out? Thanks a ton!
