Is it possible to mount a Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1 DSLR to a Meade LS 8 Telescope?

I think the problem you will find is locating a T-RING to fit your camera. Once you remove the lens, you need to put a T-Ring in place of the lens and then put one end of a T-Adpater into the T-Ring and mount the other end of the T-Adapter to the telescope. I did some preliminary searching, but did not see a T-Ring that will fit the type of mount for your camera. There does seem to be an adapter that MAY allow you to use a T-Ring that is comaptibe for another type of mount, but the mount it has seems to be unique. You definitely need to check with the manufacturer to see if there is an adapter for you camera that will accommodate a standard Nikon, Canon, etc. mount.
