Where to get my nose pierced?

Ok so I'm 12 and my sister is 13 going on 14 on July 1st and she wants to get her nose pierced. My mom said were both aloud to get our nose peirced, therefor she will sign for us. But, in new jersey what place will allow me to get my nose pierced?
