Do you truly mean what you appear to say?

No.no people in this world seem as they are.they will surely pretend to be nice in front of the others.but in reality their truth is different..they dont come outside the world with their original identity.but in fact they show the world their fake identity to appear nice.not all the people but surely some people do so.its for sure.we can get various examples in our society as well.
