My Computer Has A DownLoading Virus?

OK, I’ve tried to go into safe mode and upload a virus scan, but I noticed that my computer now has a downloading virus. Therefor, I can not download something to get rid of if, that I know of. Is there like a web site that can do a scan without being downloaded into a computer? Is there even a way to get rid of this virus? Also I have tired to re-date my computer, as in take it back to a date where this virus wasn’t there, but the virus won’t let me do that either. I could really use some help, Thanks Yahoo-ers!
