What happened to Dr.Neil Meade of Laurel, MD?

Dr.Neil Meade of Laurel, MD hasn't been in his office in a few years. I've gotten all kinds of explanations regarding his absence, (Everything from, "He was injured to he going to be back in little bit and then, he retired")....He didn't give his patients any notification of his pending retirement. I don't believe it. There's something else going on.
