I am sending laptop in to squaretrade.?

my laptop died before i could reboot it and delete everything from it. I am scared that my information and passwords/data/pics are in my laptop. When i send it in, what are they going to do with it? i want to make sure that every thing is safe... I was logged on and signed in to many websites before the battery died..
