I am alwayyyyyyyyyyyys! cold?

Your thyroid affects your metabolic rate (energy production.) Being chronically cold for over 6 months may be a sign you have hypothyroidism. Not eating enough can also keep you cold, as your body doesn't have the fuel it needs to generate heat/energy. Diabetes can also affect you this way. It would be worth having blood tests done to see if you have an undiagnosed problem that may get worse with time.
