General George Meade collectable coin value?

It looks like it is a Cook Islands $5.00 proof coin. These items have limited collector appeal. It is worth $5 in the Cook Islands. I would guess that it has an ounce of silver in it. You could get around $15 from a dealer that would melt it down. They make these and try to make people think that they are great collectibles. No real coin collector would buy this. Maybe a civil war collector would pay a little more for this. They can say it is worth whatever, but in reality, it is not worth much more than the price of silver.
