Can you use paypal under 18 if i have my own debitcard?

im 14 therefor i dont meet the minimum age requirement to use paypal, but if i use paypal and put in all my details (i have my own visa electron debit card in my name)... but i put my date of birth as lets say ,1980, will it work? or is there any other way around this....... and i cant use my mums or dads credit card or any of there information!!! all genuine answers appreciated:) thanks.
